• Open Vladivostok Pole Championship – Pole Fit Champion

I decided to go to exotic dance courses just to occupy myself with something and to divert myself away from melancholy thoughts when I have a difficult period of my life. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a pole can be used for different acrobatic elements and spins. Since pole practice was the most interesting part of the dance lessons for me, I started visiting different workshops where I learned about such a sport as Pole Dance.

First I just wanted to prove to myself that I was able to do it, what was stimulating me to master new tricks. An occasion of participation in a local Pole Dance Championship gave me a stimulus for more intensive coaching. The participation itself allowed to estimate my real pole dancing level and generated a strong wish to raise it.

At present Pole Dance has become a significant part of my life. I’m teaching pole dancing because it’s interesting for me to share my skills with other people. Meanwhile I keep training myself and try to develop to be a worthy example for my apprentices.
